Ever wondered why the team says itβs been busy even when the waiting room looks quiet? Hereβs a peek at what really goes on behind the scenes at Charles Hicks & Roman Gate Surgeries ππͺ
π We welcomed 114 new patients to Charles Hicks and Roman Gate Surgeries
π Our reception team answered 3,680 phone calls,
π The reception team also made 334 call-backs to patients, of which 294 were successful
π¨We sent 1,460 questionnaires, of which 52% responded (thank you!)
πWe shared 4,848 self booking links, and 50% of patients booked an appointment through them.
π» The Practice reviewed 10,962 online triage forms, of which 41% of our patients used the NHS App, 8% were completed by Reception for patients who were had accessibility issues, and 51% used the Practice Website to complete the triage forms.
Once reviewed, Patients received booking links for the most suitable appointment:
π±75 % of links for Telephone consultations links were booked using the link
π₯84% of the links for Face to Face appointments were booked using the link
πͺ79% of the links for First Contact Physio appointments were booked using the link
π54% of the Telephone appointments for Medication Reviews were booked using the link
π©ββοΈ The GP and Nurse team completed 4,875 appointments, including 107 home visits for patients who needed us most
π©Ί The GPs and ANPs Issued:
π Issued 182 sick notes
π Sent 6,104 medications
π₯ Referred 539 patients to secondary care
π¬ 1,769 test results were reviewed and actioned
π Administered 396 vaccines -thank you to everyone who rolled up their sleeves!
π¬ Our Administration team processed 3,095 letters and our secretaries typed 2,932 letters.
