We appreciate your patience as we all navigate the changes to our appointment system.
Other practices that have introduced online triage have found it can take around six months for the new process to fully embed. However, they’ve also reassured patients that healthcare provision remains accessible throughout the transition.
To help us improve the service and support patients during this time, our Patient Forum will be collecting feedback on your experiences with the online triage system at the listening tables sessions, and by providing their personal experiences. We will be listening to our patients, and we welcome your suggestions and ideas for improvement.
