New Phone Call Back System

We have a brand new feature on our phone system to make contacting us less stressful.

When you call us, if you are in a queue of more than 15 other people, you will get the option to request a call back.

If you select this option, you can hang your phone up and we will call back you when you get to the front of the queue. The queue order remains the same so you don’t miss out on your place.

Please do remember to stay close to your phone until you receive the call back as you will not get a second call back and will need to call and start a new queue.
