Here’s a little look at what our amazing team has been up to in October

We welcomed 107 new patients to our surgery family

Answered 4,784 phone calls

Reviewed 4,719 online triage forms

Completed 5,797 appointments, including 88 home visits for patients who needed us most

Processed 3,454 letters from secondary care and typed 3,170 new ones

Issued 219 sick notes, 6,649 medications, and 639 referrals

Reviewed 1,777 test results

Administered 2,069 vaccines (mostly flu and COVID — thank you to everyone who rolled up their sleeves!)

We did have 423 missed appointments — if you can’t make your appointment, please cancel it so we can offer it to someone else who needs care. Every slot counts!
